I've managed to lay off some of it by delegating shtuff to my two news editors, but I'm still in charge of a lot of managerial stuff (read: extensive proofreading, dealing with staff members). Plus, I have to get to school an hour early to write the script for my school's tv show, and often stay after to film stuff.I recommend getting a stress ball.
